• Your business employs more than three people, including the business founder

• You are a United States Citizen at least 18 years of age or older

• You are an otherwise qualified alien or non-immigrant under the Federal Immigration and Nationality Act, 18 years of age or older and lawfully present in the United States

• You are not a current City of Atlanta elected official, City of Atlanta employee, or Invest Atlanta employee or employee of any of the City of Atlanta’s or Invest Atlanta’s affiliated agencies or branches

• You not an immediate family member (parent, child, spouse or sibling) or living in the same household, whether related, of a current City of Atlanta or Invest Atlanta employee or employee of any of the City of Atlanta’s or Invest Atlanta’s affiliated agencies or branches

• You are not an immediate family member (parent, child, spouse or sibling) of a member of the Invest Atlanta Advisory Board

• You are not a vendor affiliated with the development and implementation of the IA Digital Accelerator Program

• You can commit to virtually spending a minimum of 4 hours per week in the IA Digital Accelerator Program

• You have a valid City of Atlanta Business License
